Privacy policy

1 · What we collect
- Account info. Your email address, used as your sign-in (one-time code login, no password stored).
- Usage data. Pages you view and basic, mostly aggregated analytics so we can see what works and keep the site reliable. This may include device and approximate-location signals from your IP.
- Billing data. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a customer and subscription reference, your plan, and status so we can manage your membership.
- Support messages. Anything you send us when you email for help.
2 · How we use it
- Create and run your account and membership.
- Process payments, renewals, and cancellations through Stripe.
- Send service messages such as your sign-in code and billing notices.
- Keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- Understand which features are useful and improve the product.
- Meet our legal and tax obligations.
3 · We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it out for others' marketing. We share data only with service providers who help us run Edge Labs (for example Stripe for billing, our hosting and email providers, and analytics), and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4 · Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember basic preferences (such as your one-time 21+ acknowledgment), and measure usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working if you do.
5 · Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as you have an account and as long as the law requires after that (for example for tax and accounting). You can ask us to delete your account.
6 · Your choices and rights
You can update or delete your account, and you can opt out of non-essential emails. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to opt out of certain processing. [State and regional privacy rights, such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR, to be confirmed by counsel.] To make a request, email us at the address below.
7 · Children
Edge Labs is for adults 21 and over. It is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor gave us data, contact us and we will remove it.
8 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
