1 · Who we are and what this is

Edge Labs ("Edge Labs," "we," "us") operates a subscription website that publishes sports research, historical data, market context, and tools. By using the site or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Edge Labs is for adults 21 and over. By using the site you confirm you are at least 21 years old and that using a research product like this is legal where you live.

2 · Research and entertainment, not advice

Everything on Edge Labs is provided for research, education, and entertainment. It is not financial advice, investment advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or result. Historical frequency is not a win probability, and past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make and any bet you place.

3 · We are not a sportsbook

Edge Labs does not accept, place, broker, or settle bets, and never holds your money. We do not facilitate gambling transactions. If you choose to bet, you do so with a separate, licensed operator under that operator's terms and the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

4 · Eligibility and your account

You must be 21+ and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

5 · Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid memberships are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown at checkout (for example monthly or annual), plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

6 · Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew.

7 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish our content or data without written permission.
• Share your login so others can use a single membership.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any place where it is not permitted.

8 · Intellectual property

The site, its content, models, and branding are owned by Edge Labs or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site for your own non-commercial use while your account is in good standing.

9 · Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any data, model, or projection is accurate or complete.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Edge Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost bets, or gambling losses, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

11 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Edge Labs harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your bets, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

12 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13 · Governing law
